UW-Madison Libraries is currently recruiting for a Library Services Assistant – Advanced (CHRIS# 100956) to act as the lead worker for the Cooperative Shelving & Storage Unit. This is an advanced paraprofessional support position responsible for day-to-day coordination of Shelving and Storage projects across campus. Responsibilities include being a lead worker for campus shared print and storage projects and catalog maintenance surrounding shelving projects. This position also supervises student workers (including hiring, training, payroll and scheduling) and, along with Central Technical Services (CTS), assists in training new staff in the use of the cataloging, and circulation modules.
