Provide leadership and management to the personnel in Access Services for the development and provision of user-centered services and information systems that facilitate the use of the libraries’ collections and activities; provide services at the circulation and reference desks.
MLS/MLIS/MIS degree from an ALA accredited program at time of appointment.
Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications; public service experience; supervisory experience; experience with and knowledge of automated systems.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
Additional advanced degrees.
At least two years of related experience; experience with graphic design software.
