Position Summary: This position is responsible for filling information request from the Library Information Network collection, negotiating interlibrary loans, researching both print and electronic sources for information, collecting and communicating usage data, updating and maintaining our Intranet site while maintaining an efficient staff library information services for 6 institutions and Central Office. In addition, this person will be responsible for several library operations such as circulation, interlibrary loan, maintaining the library database, processing of both patient and Library Information Network materials. This person will also perform complex library services for the Joyce Marsh Patient library. These responsibilities include collection development, facilitating grant funds, purchasing supplies, materials developing patient library programs, and coordination and monitoring of Industrial Therapy assignments in the library. This person will also assist in providing library services for the Waterwood School Library such as magazine and book orders, cataloging new materials and adding them to the Library database.

A minimally qualified candidate will have:
Experience coordinating the circulation of library materials (journal orders, overdue materials, shelving, initiating interlibrary loan requests) and using the Library Information Network.
Experience or training using sources (Docline, WISCAT, Sage Publications, Medline) to access professional journal articles.
