The Knowledge Resources Associate is responsible for electronic and physical records management and knowledge sharing for the following: to accession and archive firm project documents in Microsoft SharePoint, conduct reference research, architect solutions for information sharing in Microsoft SharePoint, and assist with formulating firm policies and best practices around content management. Reports to the Knowledge Resources Manager.
Records Management and Reference
Manage the firm’s records (primarily digital) and leverage them to enhance client services, cultivate professional practice, and inform firm decision making
Oversee related records and document policies. Communicate best practices around document management
Oversee maintenance of the firm’s physical archives
Respond to reference requests from consultants and other staff using Microsoft SharePoint and physical archives on site, as well as publically available resources
Summarize research for firm principals and consultants in a variety of formats, from bibliographies to short-form literature reviews
Maintain the firm’s library and provide access to physical materials as needed
