My position as a middle school library media specialist in Richland Two (in Columbia, SC is available!) If you want an extremely flexible position where you can do all of the library programming you dream of, this is truly it!!! The support and team I work with are the Dream Team! Note that our district staffs full time Technology Specialist in each school as well as the Library Media Specialist. Again, this allows me to focus on Library Programming. Responsibilities: Supports the Digital Media department in both department administrative matters and content administration for the digital products. Monitors departmental funds and maintains associated financial records. Provides key budgetary administrative support. Oversees day-to-day financial and operational matters, closely monitoring accounts payable and receivables and processing and/or approving vouchers for the budget and separate project budgets. Coordinates information and reporting, regularly meeting with director and assistant director. Oversees relationships with vendors; develops contracts, monitors expenditures and prepares revenue documentation. Works with departments and staff across the Museum to perform daily content updates for moma.org, the MoMA apps, and the lobby information screens using the Museum’s custom CMS. Schedules various cross-departmental groups for digital. Manages all meeting logistics and timely preparation and dissemination of related documents. Oversees all administrative functions of the department including protocol, procedures, and records management. Collaborates to develop annual departmental budget. Oversees maintenance of department’s spaces, including conference room, office spaces, storage, and equipment. Maintains equipment inventory for office and programmatic use. Ensures timely supply of day-to-day office supplies for the department and effective storage of supplies. Maintains departmental personnel records and is responsible for new employee set up and maintenance of job descriptions. Assists with hiring support staff when appropriate. Assists in training and orientation of new staff, including interns, in regard to Museum and departmental policy and procedures. Disseminates information regarding new policies and procedures to departmental staff. Reports to Director, Digital Media.

About the role
Under the mentorship of the Digital Asset Manager, the Digital Asset Coordinator will help ensure the proper intake, processing and archiving of Zillow’s sizeable digital asset library including photography, video, graphics, digital marketing materials and more. In this role, you will:
- Consolidate large amounts of data from one source to another in an organized manner
- Use problem solving skills to read through file delivery tickets and then determine placement of the assets
- Restructure and rename existing files to fit current naming conventions
- Assign appropriate DAM system roles and permissions to new employees
- Assist employees with requests for stock photo, video, and audio
- Apply appropriate keywords and metadata to existing assets

LAC Federal is seeking a part-time Digital Curator to support a Federal Library in the Alexandria, VA, area. The Librarian will be responsible for managing a digital collection in a wide variety of formats in a digital content management system and an Integrated Library System. This is a 20 hour per week position and work is performed on-site during regular business hours.

- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of the CMS and will use metadata schemas, and widely recognized standard to create, describe, and preserve digital objects and ensure the continued access to these assets.
- Ensure that the naming conventions are consistent throughout the CMS and ILS and will monitor the continued health of the system.

The J. Paul Getty Museum seeks a Digital Media Producer to support our ambitious digital media program. This is a full-time, limited term position reporting to the Digital Media Lead within the division of Education, Public Programs, and Interpretive Media. Refinery29 is looking for an extremely organized, enthusiastic and creative Project Archivist to index media assets in our Digital Asset Management software. The Project Archivist will be working with a range of digital file types, including design, photo and video formats. The position entails researching and indexing our current visual archived assets into the new system and all that encompasses; including working within a predetermined workflow process, researching and assigning creation metadata, associating contractual data via DRM profiles and tagging according to a pre-existing taxonomy.
