The Interlibrary Loan unit of the UW-Madison Libraries is currently seeking applicants to join our highly complex, fast paced, and dynamic service-oriented team. Applicants with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills that feel comfortable in a collaborative environment of constantly changing priorities are encouraged to apply.
Under the general supervision of the Coordinator of the Interlibrary Loan Lending, this position is responsible for processing interlibrary loan requests and supporting document delivery services. Routine day hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The ILL department is a fast-paced and highly collaborative team work environment with constantly changing priorities. The successful candidate must be flexible.
