Reporting to the Head of Operations and User Services, the Programs and Operations Manager’s responsibilities include developing and coordinating a broad array of library programming, events, and facilities upkeep. The Library Programs and Operations Manager will collaboratively develop and foster diverse and inclusive programs within the University Libraries physical spaces. The incumbent helps maintain a welcoming user-centered, safe, and functional environment conducive to learning. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and management of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), and access and delivery operations including oversight of the mailroom. This position requires the ability to execute work assignments independently and collaboratively.
